Request permanent deletion of your MoveTara account and all associated data.
You can delete your MoveTara account using either of the two methods below:
Tap your profile icon or navigate to the Settings menu from the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom of the Account section and tap "Delete Account".
Verify via OTP or enter your MPIN to confirm. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to privacy@movetara.com with the following details:
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 72 hours.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any data you need before proceeding.
Upon account deletion, the following actions are taken:
For Property Owners: If you are a property owner with active tenants and wardens, you must first transfer ownership or remove all tenants and wardens before deleting your account. Contact support@movetara.com for assistance with ownership transfer.
